Initial Planning Session
60 minutes

Our Initial Planning Session is a 60 minute appointment designed for clients who are already booked with . This session is your first official planning touchpoint and is focused on setting a strong foundation for your event.

This appointment is scheduled about two weeks after booking and gives us time to walk through your vision, logistics, timeline expectations, and next steps so you feel confident and organized moving forward.

Final Planning Session

60 minutes

Our Final Walk Through appointment is for clients who are already booked with and are ready to finalize their details. This appointment is scheduled when you have your guest count finalized and are 6-8 weeks out from your date.
